AMCHAM Women’s Leadership Committee Workshop

On October 24, 2024, Yulchon LLC, in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea(AMCHAM), hosted a Women’s Leadership Committee Workshop at Yulchon office.
Focused on the theme of 'Mastering the Leadership Journey – Workshop on Role Models, Expectations, and Collaborative Solutions for Women Professionals,' the workshop provided an opportunity for women leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities they encounter on their leadership journeys and share their experiences with one another.
The workshop commenced with the welcoming remarks from Yulchon Partner, Ms. Nina H. Kim. Throughout the session, Ms. Nina H. Kim, Ms. Soojung Lee, and Ms. Jay Son Yang facilitated group discussions on two topics – 'Lack of Advocates, Mentors, and Role Models,' and 'Impact of Limiting Expectations.'
The event successfully concluded with over 50 female executives in attendance from leading domestic and international companies, including HP, VISA, SAP, IBM, and Hyundai Motor. It was a meaningful occasion to enhance women's economic empowerment and raise awareness of its importance.
