Yulchon is honored to have been recognized by the asialaw as the winner of Impact Deals and Cases of the Year at the 2024 asialaw Awards held in Kuala Lumpur on September 26, 2024.
The asialaw recognized Yulchon’s representation of VMware (obtaining conditional clearance from the KFTC) in its USD 61 billion sale to Broadcom. This case was also recognized as the matter of the year by the world’s leading journal for competition law, Global Competition Review (GCR) at the GCR Awards 2024.
