Yulchon Wins Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year and Impact Deal of the Year at the ITR Asia Tax Awards 2021

Yulchon is honored to be recognized in the ITR (International Tax Review) Asia Tax Awards 2021 by winning South Korea Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year and Impact Deal of the Year. The winners were announced via a virtual awards ceremony on August 26, 2021.
In 2020, Yulchon won the South Korea Tax Firm of the Year, and in 2017 and 2018, the South Korea Tax Litigation and Disputes Firm of the Year. This year’s win in the Transfer Pricing and Impact Deal of the Year categories further solidifies Yulchon’s standing as a leading tax advisory and litigation practice in Asia.
Yulchon won the Impact Deal of the Year for its representation of Prudential Life in connection with the sale of its Korean subsidiary to KB Financial.
