Cecil Saehoon Chung Appointed as Vice-Chair of ABA Antitrust Section’s Global Private Litigation Committee for 2021-2022 Term

Cecil Saehoon Chung, foreign attorney specializing in international antitrust, has been appointed as Vice-Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Global Private Litigation Committee for the 2021-2022 term. Mr. Chung has been an active member of the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law since 1988 when he was a litigation attorney at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. For the past several years, he has taken on various leadership roles and contributed even more significantly to the Section of Antitrust Law, including serving as Vice-Chair of the International Committee from 2015-2021 and also a member of the Procedural Transparency Task Force.
