Yulchon and ZICO Law Myanmar enter joint collaboration in Myanmar

Yulchon is pleased to announce a joint collaboration effort with ZICO Law Myanmar, effective May 2, 2019.
Yulchon was the first among the big five Korean law firms to establish a Myanmar office in 2014. Since then, Yulchon has closely collaborated with leading local firms there to provide top-notch legal services to Korean clients interested in Myanmar.
ZICO Law Myanmar is part of ZICO Law, the first and only integrated network of leading independent local law firms in the ASEAN region. This joint collaboration between Yulchon and ZICO Law Myanmar is expected to provide our clients with greater insight and access to legal expertise in Myanmar.
Ms. Zin Mar WIN, who is a Korean-speaking Burmese attorney, provides local expertise in Yulchon’s Myanmar office, and ZICO Law Myanmar is helmed by Dr. Maung Maung THEIN, a former Deputy Minister of Finance. In Seoul, Yulchon’s Myanmar team is comprised of Korean attorney Mr. Bo Sung JANG and U.S. attorneys Mr. Tong Soo CHUNG, Mr. Myung Jae LEE, Mr. Tehyok Daniel YI and Mr. Raymond M. KANG. Yulchon’s Seoul and in-country offices actively coordinate to provide excellence in legal guidance for our clients on all issues related to Myanmar.
