Advised KT Estates Inc. on Hotel Development Project

Yulchon successfully advised KT Estate Inc. (“KT Estate”) on the development and operation of a hotel at KT’s Eulji branch site, involving a global hotel management company.
The project was part of a larger project for the development of the telecommunications company’s site by KT Estate, a real estate development subsidiary of KT. For this project, KT Estate entered into a Hotel Consultancy Services Agreement and Hotel Management Agreement with an affiliate of the globally renowned Accor Group, which will provide its valuable experience and know-how for the development and operation of a hotel at the Eulji branch site.
