Yulchon advised Kumho Industrial Co., Ltd and Asiana Airlines. Inc (the “Clients”) on the sale of their combined 100% ownership interest in Kumho Asiana Plaza to Mapletree Investments, a Singaporean investor, for USD 310 million.
Kumho Asiana Plaza is one of the largest mixed-use properties located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City (District 1) and consists of 3 towers (office tower, InterContinental Hotel and InterContinental Residence) connected by a podium.
