Yulchon's Real Estate & Constrction Group advised Hyundai Asset Management Co., Ltd. in connection with the acquisition of GBP 70 million loan from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, secured by, among other assets, Chelsea Harbor in London, UK. The deal involved extensive due diligence of Chelsea Harbor property documents, analysis of borrower's corporate documents and complex finance documents, including various loan agreements and an intercreditor agreement, in-depth analysis of tax structuring, and negotiation of novation documents.
