M&A Team Advises GS Global on KRW 80 Billion Acquisition of DKT

Yulchon"s M&A Team represented GS Global Corp. in its acquisition of all shares of DKT Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of chemical process and power plant equipment, from National Pension 04-1 Corporate Restructuring Company No. QCP11. The transaction was successfully completed on December 10, 2010. GS Global Corporation and its affiliates in the petrochemical and energy businesses, including GS Engineering and Construction and GS Caltex are expected to benefit from the transaction.
