Lee, Young Hye
Introduction
Lee Young Hye is a Partner in the Corporate & Finance Group at Yulchon LLC. Ms. Lee’s practice focuses on financial regulation, unfair trading investigations, and financial crime investigations. Ms. Lee began her career at the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), where she served in various departments, including the Securities Supervision Bureau, Financial Investment Services Bureau, Financial Services Improvement Bureau, Special Investigation Bureau, Investigation Planning Bureau, and the Special Judicial Police for Capital Markets. Thereafter, Ms. Lee moved to the private sector working in the Operations Policy Office and Market Surveillance Office at Dunamu Inc, the operator of Upbit, where she gained expertise in regulatory compliance and the establishment of market surveillance systems for the digital asset industry before joining Yulchon in 2026.
