Introduction

Mr. Won Jae Lee is a Senior Patent Attorney at Yulchon LLC, who practices primarily in the area of Intellectual Property. Mr. Lee received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Yonsei University, and his master’s degree in Patent Law from Kobe University Graduate School of Law in Japan. From 2002 to 2021, Mr. Lee served in various governmental and quasi-governmental positions, including the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the Policy Analysis Evaluation Office of the Prime Minister's Office, and KOTRA. He also served as a deputy director of the Special Judicial Police for Technology Design at the Korean Intellectual Property Office from 2021 until recently.
