Introduction
Won June Cho is a partner in Yulchon"s Real Estate & Construction Practice who specializes in the areas of real estate development, real estate finance and other various civil and administrative disputes related to construction and real estate. Mr. Cho received his LL.B. from Seoul National University, and studied for a J.D. at Seoul National University Graduate School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Korea.

Representative Matters
- 2020 Successfully represented a construction company in an arbitration proceeding where Korail claimed adjustment of contract price for a turnkey order that it had placed
- 2020 Successulylly represented the accused in a case where the patent owner raised a claim for damages against Korea Expressway Corporation (KEC) accusing KEC of violating the new technology license agreement
- 2019 Successfully represented a construction company and cleared of all charges against the company which allegedly violated the Occupational Safety and Health Act
- 2018 Advised on and conducted a lawsuit over claim for performance security deposit in connection with Daegu Knowledge Industrial Center
- 2018 Advised on disputes between project operator and licensing authority regarding sale of rental housing.
- 2018 Advised on purchase and development of Pyeongchon Terminal site.
