Introduction
Ryou, Seung Yeob is a partner at Yulchon LLC who practices primarily in the area of dispute resolution. Prior to joining Yulchon, he worked in-house for Samsung Group as CLO and team leader (of legal affairs) for 18 years, and served as a prosecutor for 8 years before then. Mr. Ryou’s areas of expertise include corporate criminal, civil, labor, compliance, corporate internal investigation matters as well as domestic and international arbitration matters. He also has abundant experience as a CLO of a conglomerate and investigation experience as a prosecutor.
