Park, Sung Uk
Introduction
Sung Uk Park is a foreign attorney at Yulchon LLC in the corporate and finance practice. Mr. Park’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, mobility, Fund/PE, digital finance, entertainment, energy, and technology law, and he has extensive experience in representing corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions in a broad range of cross-border transactions and matters. Prior to joining Yulchon LLC in 2025, Mr. Park worked at SK on as executive vice president. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2000 and A.B. in economics and history from Brown University in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
