Introduction
SeongKeun Han is a Partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and passed the 46th Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2009, qualifying as a Korean Patent Attorney. Prior to joining Yulchon, Mr. Han practiced as a patent attorney for a number of years, advising on a broad range of domestic and international patent matters, including patent prosecution, appeals, and IP clearance, particularly in the areas of semiconductors, electronics, and wireless communications. After earning his J.D. from Sungkyunkwan University Law School, Mr. Han joined Yulchon. As both an attorney at law and a patent attorney, he focuses on intellectual property matters, providing legal services in patent, trademark, design, copyright, and trade secret disputes, as well as IP-related advisory, licensing, and compliance matters.
