Chang, Seung Jae
Introduction
SJ Chang is a foreign attorney at Yulchon LLC in the corporate and finance practice. Mr. Chang’s practice focuses on private equity fund, merger and acquisition, acquisition financing and foreign investment. Prior to joining Yulchon, he worked at NH Investment & Securities (formerly, Woori Investment & Securities), SV Investment and Trinity managing private equity funds as a key investment manager. Based on his wide range of experience and deep understanding of private equity funds, he counsels clients in a broad range of transactions and matters relating with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, strategic investment, carve-out transactions and financing. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 and B.A. in finance and international business from New York University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
