Introduction
Sil Geun Kim is a Senior Tax Attorney in the Tax Practice at Yulchon. Mr. Kim obtained his bachelor’s degree from the Business School at Pusan National University. During his time at the National Tax Service (“NTS”), he was in charge of tax resource management and tax audits. Mr. Kim also worked at the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea, where he conducted audits on the NTS and regional tax offices, and handled inspection requests for assessments relating to national tax and local tax, as well as inspection requests for other assessments issued by administrative and public institutions. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in audits relating to the management of public companies, and comprehensive administration of central and local governments and their affiliated organizations.
