Kang, Shin Chul
Introduction
Shin Chul Kang is a partner at Yulchon who focuses primarily on litigation, including criminal defense and corporate compliance. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Kang worked as a general counsel in the STX Group and managed his own law firm. He has also worked as a prosecutor in various districts, including the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutors’ Office, Suwon and Daegu.
