Kang, Shin-bong
Introduction
Kang Shin-bong is a partner for Yulchon, a law firm, whose main business areas are real estate and construction. After graduating from Korea University's law school and graduate school (Master of Criminal Law), Kang joined Yulchon in 2022 after serving 16 years, including the head of HDC Hyundai Development Law Team and the head of HDC Holdings Finance Accounting Kang has long been involved in legal affairs at construction companies and holding companies, and has gained extensive experience in various construction claims, field safety accidents (such as major disasters), real estate development, real estate finance, FTC, and corporate criminal affairs. Based on this, we know better than anyone else what is needed from a corporate perspective, so we will be able to provide sufficient legal services accordingly.
