Introduction
Mr. Lee, Sang Ho is a partner at Yulchon’s Antitrust/Competition Group. Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics and a J.D. from Seoul National University, where he also completed his Ph.D. coursework in Administrative Law. Mr. Lee is admitted to the bar in both Korea and the State of California. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in a wide range of antitrust and competition matters, including merger filings, unfair support and self-dealing, cartels (bid-rigging), subcontracting, labeling and advertising, and unfair terms and conditions. Mr. Lee has successfully represented clients in numerous investigations conducted by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, as well as in related prosecutorial investigations, civil, administrative, and criminal litigation, and mediation proceedings before the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency.
