Introduction
Poorhunshol Kim is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Group at Yulchon. He advises major domestic and international financial institutions on a wide range of financial regulatory matters, including regulatory inspections, new product launches, internal control frameworks, and financial consumer protection. He is a member of the firm’s Foreign Exchange Regulation Practice, where he handles foreign exchange filings and related advisory work. Mr. Kim also represents institutional investors, including domestic pension funds, in overseas fund investments, providing professional legal services across a broad range of areas.
