Ms. Mun Hui Kim is a partner at Yulchon, specializing in intellectual property transactions, litigation, and counseling. Ms. Kim has extensive experience advising clients on IP matters, such as copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and trade secrets. Ms. Kim also advises clients on a wide range of legal matters in the entertainment and media sectors, including broadcasting, films, OTT, games, performances, Internet, entertainment management, and sports. She is an active member of professional organizations, such as Korea Association for Informedia Law, Korea Entertainment Law Society, Korea Game Law Society, and the IT Law Forum.
