Introduction
Moon Hwan Hwang is a consultant with Yulchon’s Real Estate & Construction Practice. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Hwang worked at GS E&C Ltd and Chung-Ang University’s Industry Technology Institute as a civil engineering expert for 20 years. Mr. Hwang also worked for Hanul LLC and SanGyeong LLC as a consultant.
