Introduction

Kate Kyu Young Lee is a foreign attorney admitted to the New York Bar. Ms. Lee practiced in a U.S. law firm for some time, gaining expertise in general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign investment and various areas of finance, among others. Furthermore, Ms. Lee advises on global transactions regarding arts and entertainment, which are relatively newer areas of the law, in addition to handling intellectual property transactions overall. She provides professional assistance to clients in various areas of cross-border transactions, in order that her clients may engage in fair trade that meets global standards.
