Introduction
Kyeong Bong Ahn is a Senior Advisor at Yulchon LLC who specializes in tax law. He holds an LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Law from the Seoul National University. Before joining Yulchon, he served as a Professor at the College of Law at Kookmin University. Mr. Ahn has extensive experience in taxation, having held numerous advisory and committee roles across key government agencies. His past positions include serving on the Advisory Committee for Specialized Investigation of Tax Crimes at the Prosecutors' Office, the National Tax Service Tax Review Committee, the Statutory Interpretation Review Committee, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance Tax Development Review Committee, the Regulations Review Committee, and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety Regulatory Review Committee. Mr. Ahn also served as a Non-Standing Judge at the Tax Tribunal.
