Lim, Jae Woong
Introduction
Jae woong Lim is a partner at Yulchon LLC’s Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice focuses on responding to criminal investigation involving corporations, and providing related litigation and advisory services. Mr. Lim worked as a prosecutor for seven years from year 2016 and had taken charge in various criminal matters, ranging from medical, drugs, corporate, anti-corruption, tax, and financial cases at various prosecutors’ offices including the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office and the Special Prosecutor Office (temporary office established for an independent prosecutor appointed by the President to investigate certain special cases). He resigned from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office in August 2023 and joined Yulchon LLC.
