Introduction

In Yong Hwang is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Yulchon LLC. He engages primarily in litigation and advisory cases regarding various financial institutions, including banks, private equity/venture capital, securities companies, and also specializes in the areas of advisory and litigation for domestic/foreign insolvency procedures, corporate restructuring and maritime/shipbuilding/trade. Mr. Hwang studied in Japan and worked as a dispatched associate at Japanese law firms for a year and a half, during which he presented papers on the Japanese Insolvency Law.
