Introduction
In Suk Choi is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Yulchon. Mr. Choi received his LL.B and M.A. in law from Seoul National University, and B.A. in business and LL.D in administrative law from Younsei University. Having completed the Judicial Research and Traning Institute course in 2006, he has held key positions in the police force for 14 years, including the head of investigation bureau and the cybe terror response center at the Korean National Police Agency, director of the Information Analysis Division at the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit under the Financial Services Commission, executive officer at the Blue House and Office of the Prime Minister. Mr. Choi has handled a range of tasks in relation to special investigation, cybercrime investigation, financial crime investigation, and criminal intelligence. Before joining Yulchon, he served as the chief of Hwacheon Police Station and subsequently the director of Planning and Coordination Office at Korean National Police Agency in 2019.
