Introduction
Mr. Il Hyun Park is a partner in the IP & Technology Group of Yulchon. Qualified as a Professional Engineer (PE), Mr. Park specializes in contentious IP matters, including litigations, covering IT and semiconductor technologies. He is experienced in representing both domestic and foreign clients at Yulchon and Kim & Chang. In addition, Mr. Park served as Senior Legal Counsel for Samsung Electronics, where he was in charge of legal affairs and compliance for the IT and semiconductor businesses, and as Senior Legal Counsel at Kakao Pay, where he conducted legal affairs relating to IT, Fintech, data and platforms. Through his experience at Samsung Electronics and Kakao Pay, Mr. Park has extensive knowledge of the IT and semiconductor technologies and understands the needs of in-house counsel and executives in these industries.
