Introduction

Mr. Ji Haeng Hwang is a partner in the IP&Tech Practice at Yulchon. He received his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and J.D. in Yonsei University Law School. He passed the 4th Korean lawyer qualification exam and have been building up work experience as an attorney and a patent attorney at Yulchon. He then obtained LL.M. in University of California Los Angeles School of Law, and was also selected as the Rising Star in the intellectual property field of Legal 500 in 2023. Mr. Hwang is in charge of patents, trade secrets, copyrights and licenses in the field of electric and electronic/communications, computer technology based on his engineering major, and is distinguishing himself also in providing legal advice and filing lawsuits in the culture industry including game, movie, broadcasting, sports, art, and entertainment management.
