Introduction
Hyu Kwon is a partner in Yulchon’s Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on criminal matters, including economic and financial crimes, corporate crimes, trade secret infringement, management control disputes, and serious accidents, as well as related investigations and litigation. After graduating from the Korean National Police University (27th Class), he served in various investigative departments of the Korean National Police for ten years before joining Yulchon in 2022.
