Hwanjin Jun is a tax lawyer with particular expertise in inheritance and gift tax matters, family business succession, and tax appeals. He graduated from the College of Law at Seoul National University and completed his master’s coursework at the same institution, after which he obtained his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in the United States.

Introduction

Hwanjin Jun is a Partner and a member of the Inheritance and Gift Tax / Family Business Succession Team at Yulchon LLC. He advises clients on a broad range of tax matters, including inheritance and gift tax planning and family business succession strategies. Mr. Jun also advises and represents clients in tax appeals and litigation, and provides comprehensive tax consulting and tax audit defense services.
