Introduction
Ho In Kang received his B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University and M.A. in Economics from University of Cambridge. While he served for Ministry of Economy and Finance about 30 years, he held key positions including the Director General of the Strategy Planning Bureau, the Director General of the Fiscal Policy Planning Bureau and the Director General of the Public Institutions Policy Bureau. And he served as the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economy and Finance from 2010 to 2012, the Administrator of the Public Procurement Service from 2012 to 2013 and the Minister of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport from 2015 to 2017.
