Introduction

Genny S. Kim is a foreign attorney in the Corporate & Finance Practice. With over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance, M&A and antitrust/competition practices of the major law firms in Korea, Ms. Kim has represented foreign and domestic clients on a myriad of legal and regulatory issues in cross-border financing and M&A transactions and antitrust/competition matters across a diverse range of industry sectors. She also has extensive experience in private equity and alternative investments, having represented Korea’s National Pension Service in its many offshore fund investments. Ms. Kim is a former Chairperson of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (2012-2014) and spearheaded its formal establishment as a non-profit entity (Sadan Beobin) in 2009.
