Moon, Dong Ki
Introduction
Mr. Moon Dong Ki is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Yulchon LLC. His main practice area is defending in criminal investigations, advising and representing defendants in criminal litigations involving corporate-related matters. Before joining Yulchon in March 2024, Mr. Moon served as a public prosecutor for 10 years, and he was in charge of special, public investigation (serious accidents, elections), economic, finance, drug and other various criminal cases.
