Introduction
Choon Ku Choi is a partner in Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Group and primarily practices in the areas of IPO, acquisition financing, corporate financing, real estate project financing, and internal control of financial companies. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Choi served as Head of Legal Department and Chairman of IB Legal Advice Committee at (former) Daewoo Securities, and Compliance Officer of Legal & Compliance Group at Mirae Asset Securities, providing comprehensive advice regarding capital markets and internal controls for 20 years.
