Successfully Advised on Digital Edge’s Data Center Building Project

Yulchon advised Digital Edge, a data center operator based in Singapore, on a joint venture project with SK Ecoplant Co.,Ltd., a major construction company in Korea, to build a data center within an industrial site in Incheon, Korea. 


Yulchon was able to successfully assist the client in negotiating and executing the JV Agreement despite time constraints. While Digital Edge does operate small data centers in Korea, it was able to initiate development of a large-scale data center through this project. There are several overseas data center operators which are seeking to enter the Korean market, and Yulchon was able to successfully advise Digital Edge on this project in addition to previously assisting ST Telemedia on its expansion in the Korean market.
