Yulchon’s Real Estate Group advised a real estate fund managed by Alpha Asset Management on their successful acquisition of a neighborhood commercial facility building from NSD Planning Co., Ltd. The purchase price is 15 billion Korean Won. The building has 6 ground floors and 2 basement floors (gross floor area 4,800 m²) and is located in Anam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Korea. The building was opened in 2003, and its tenants include Starbucks and Daiso.
Tae Jin Cha, a partner of the Real Estate Group (headed by Bong Hee Han) supervised the transaction, and Jae Hyun Ko, Ju Hui Lee, and Soo Yeon Choi of the same group worked with Mr. Cha.
