Yulchon’s Real Estate and Construction Group advised FG Asset Management on its investment in 51 Astor Place (NY, USA). This transaction was consummated through FG Asset Management’s U.S. acquisition vehicle, FG US Holdings 3 LLC, acquiring a 49% stake in Sand Hill Road Investors LLC, which through various subsidiaries, indirectly own the aforesaid property.
Yulchon’s advisory services included due diligence, preparation of explanatory documents for investors, review of the transaction documents, preparation of the foreign exchange filings and providing tax review.
Bong Hee Han, Tae Jin Cha, Jin Seok Choi, Kyo Jun Shim and Young Joon Yoon of the Real Estate and Construction Group assisted the client on this transaction, with the assistance of Kyu Dong Kim and Joon Yung Jo of Yulchon’s Tax Group, who were involved on the review of tax issues.
