Yulchon advised BK Investment Holdings, LLC on the subscription of new shares in PT Tokopedia, which is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Yulchon advised the client in structuring the transaction, performing legal due diligence, preparing, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents including the share subscription agreement and shareholders" agreement. The transaction has been successfully completed with all the relevant licenses and approvals in Indonesia having been obtained.
