Real Estate Group Advises Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on Investment in Seoul

Yulchon's Real Estate and Construction Group, headed by Bong Hee Han, assisted the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board ("CPPIB") in the acquisition of a 50% equity interest in a private real estate fund established by Samsung SRA Asset Management Company to acquire and manage Jamsil KORVA Building B, an office building with 30 above-ground floors, 6 below-ground floors and a gross floor area of 99,600m2. The building is being constructed in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Korea. After the construction is complete, the building is to be used by Samsung SDS Co., Ltd. as its principal office building.
