Yulchon"s M&A team advisedGenComm Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of wireless communication measuring equipment, on the sale of its shares to JDS Uniphase Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company. In this transaction,the existing shareholders of GenComm sold all of their shares in GenCommto JDS Uniphase"s Korean subsidiary.
