M&A Team Advises Thinkware on Sale of Shares to Ubivelox

Yulchon's M&A Team advised the target company in Ubivelox's KRW 27 billion acquisition of a 14.4% stake in Thinkware Systems, a KOSDAQ-listed company ranked No. 1 in the domestic navigation market with its Inavi brand. Both Ubivelox and Thinkware expect the deal will provide synergy in the smart car business. Partners Hee Chul Kang and Sung Jin Kim from the M&A Team handled this transaction, including negotiations and contract drafting, within a very tight time frame.
