International Capital Markets Team Advises Listing of STX OSV on Singapore Exchange

Yulchon"s International Capital Markets Team successfully advised STX Group in the listing of STX OSV, an overseas subsidiary of STX Group, on the Singapore Exchange. STX OSV was acquired by STX Group from the world"s largest cruise contractor, Aker Yards (currently called STX Europe), in 2008. Following the listing of STX Pan Ocean on the Singapore Exchange, STX Group successfully listed another of its core affiliates on the Singapore Exchange.
