尹容燮
简介
Yong Sup Yoon is a Partner at Yulchon. Before joining Yulchon in 1999, Mr. Yoon was a presiding judge for various district courts, including the Western Branch of Seoul District Court, the Incheon District Court, and the Gyeongju Branch of Daegu District Court. Mr. Yoon was also a research judge for the Supreme Court of Korea and a judge for the Seoul High Court. He served as a Managing Partner of the Firm. Mr. Yoon has published many works on Korean law, such as the Korean Civil Code Annotated Commentaries, which was published by Pakyoungsa Publishing Co.

- 2016 The Supreme Court grants remand after reversal in the litigation proceeding for the return of the enforcement deposit in the acquisition of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering
- 2016 Represented a financial company (a major shareholder) Company S in a case wherein the scope of the contractor’s violation of the completion liability and damages (including damages for delay) was the primary issue. The Supreme Court granted remand after reversal in favor of Company S on four occasions
- 2015 Successfully represented Kyongnam Bank in all instances of appeal in the litigation proceeding for the return of wrongful enrichment filed by the Construction Worker’s Mutual Aid Association
- 2015 Successfully represented the client in a damages claim filed by the victims of the fraud case related to the special sale project for automotive vehicles by a former union representative
- 2013 Successfully represented the chairman of Hanwha Corporation. The Supreme Court granted remand after reversal and probation in the client’s favor (2014)
- 2013 Successfully represented Woori Asset Management in the appellate court in relation to a litigation proceeding filed by fund investors seeking damages. The case was remanded after reversal in favor of the client
- 2013 Successfully represented Kyongnam Bank in a litigation proceeding for the claim transfer fee filed by 2010Gongpyeong
- 2012 Represented Korean banks and credit card companies in a *case seeking the return of wrongful enrichment. (*A large number of consumers who purchased condominium memberships in a payment plan unde the condition of the refund of the credit card fee suffered damage in an affiliated store.)
- 2012 Represented a Korean public corporation in a case wherein the return of the contract deposit became the matter of dispute between the buyer which acquired the Gagyo Savings Bank shares and the aforesaid public corporation
- 2012 Represented a Korean financial institution in a litigation proceeding seeking damages filed by a Korean asset management company against the said financial institution, which served as the bridge bank that assigns loan claims to funds
