简介
Yoon Hwan Hwang is an Antitrust/Competition partner at Yulchon LLC. Mr. Hwang has 20 years of experience with the Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”), where he handled major cases involving M&A, abuse of dominance, cartels, and unfair trade practices from the initial investigation stage to the adjudication and litigation stages as a division chief. He was also Vice Director General of Competition Programme, OECD Korea Policy Centre (in secondment while with the KFTC), shortly before joining Yulchon. In addition, while with the KFTC, he was a secondee at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Mr. Hwang received a B.A. in International Economics from Seoul National University and an LL.M. from UC Davis.
