简介
Tae Kun Kim is a partner in Yulchon's Real Estate & Construction Practice who specializes in the areas of real estate development and construction administration, real estate construction, real estate finance, and SOC projects. He has handled matters related to obtaining approvals for multi-story buildings, ports and wharfs, and the Geojedo industrial complex, for urban maintenance and improvement projects, housing projects, and urban development projects, for power generation projects, and deals related to SOC private investment projects. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Kim served as a judge at courts where he strengthened his knowledge in both substantive and procedural law, and received favorable comment on his judgments related to administrative litigation and civil procedure while serving as a judge at the Administrative Court in 2007. Mr. Kim received his B.A. from Seoul National University in 1996, and M.A. from Konkuk University Graduate School of Real Estate Studies in 2014. He studied tax law at the University of Seoul Graduate School of Science in Taxation. He is a member of the Special Litigation Practice Study Group and Korea Administrative Case Study Group.
