简介
尹世利律师是律村律师事务所的创始人之一，目前担任律村的执行合伙人兼代表律师职务，被业界评价为M&A、公平交易、国际税务领域的韩国顶尖专家之一。尹律师从首尔大学法学院毕业后曾任职于检察院一年，之后留学到美国，在哈佛大学法学研究生院取得了法学硕士学位（LL.M.），并在美国加州大学黑斯廷斯法学院取得了法学博士学位（J.D.），之后又在美国Baker & McKenzie LLP纽约/芝加哥事务所工作了三年。尹律师的代表业绩主要有为SK Telecom收购新世纪通信、现代企业与Daimler-Chrysler之间的战略合作等项目提供法律咨询、代理Daum Communications和Real Networks起诉微软滥用市场支配地位、代理Lufthansa应对航空货物运费操纵之公平交易案件以及代理SK证券针对国内外金融机关提起衍生商品国际诉讼/和解等。2005年尹律师被载入“International Who’s Who of Professionals”，同时被International Financial Law Review、Global Competition Review及Asia Law评选为竞争法、税法专家。此外，尹律师还经常在International Bar Association、American Bar Association、International Competition Network等著名机构的定期会议上发表有关税法、竞争法主题的演讲。
