Sang Ho Bae is a Senior Advisor at Yulchon LLC, who practices primarily in the areas of IP & Technology. Mr. Bae earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from Keimyung University in 1991 and a Ph.D. in IT Policy Management from Soongsil University's in 2017. Mr. Bae was in charge of informatization (hardware, systems, databases, etc.) in the Ministry of Public Administration and Security from 1991 to 2011. Since 2011, he served on the Personal Information Protection Committee, where he worked as the chief of dispute settlement from 2016 to 2018, the chief of deliberation from 2018 to 2020, and the chief of investigation from 2020 to recently.
