简介

Seung Ho Lee joined Yulchon in 2021 after working at various courts for 16 years, starting from the Seoul Eastern District Court in 2005 (judge), the Suwon District Court (judge), the Gwangju District Court (presiding judge), and lastly the Supreme Court of Korea (presiding judge & research judge). During his 6 years of service as a research judge at the Supreme Court, Mr. Lee served various roles such as a chief research judge of civil affairs division and a presiding research judge. He handled criminal, administrative, family and labor cases(HR) as well as civil cases and made a extensive contribution to form new judicial precedents. Furthermore, Mr. Lee dealt with various cases at different courts such as a presiding judge in charge of warrants and as a judge of criminal cases at Gwangju District Court. Currently, with his extensive and in-depth experience serving as judge and expertise accumulated during his tenure as a judge, Mr. Lee specializes in a wide range of litigations as a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Yulchon.
